Ingredients

6 or 7 dry peppers

1 head of garlic

2 poor cods

Salt

Olive oil

Preparation

-          Toast the dry pepper, the garlic, set them apart and cut them into pieces in a serving dish.

-          Toast the poor cod on the fire and break it into small pieces and add it.

-          Soak it in a large quantity of olive oil.
