BORRA
Ingredients
200g of cod
300g of spinach
2 ñoras (dry peppers)
1 grated tomato
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 head of garlic
6 spoons of olive oil
800ml of water
Salt, saffron and a little spoon of paprika
4 bay leaves
1 egg per person
Preparation
- Put in a pot the ingredients except the eggs.
- Cover with water.
- 50 minutes on a low fire.
- Drop the eggs in the last moment.
- Cook them and serve.
