Ingredients
1 peace of veal, 1 peace of pork and 1 peace of lamb
1 bone of pork and 1 peace of bacon
¼ of chicken
1 peace of Parma ham
1 or 2 blood sausages
200g of chickpeas
2 chards, 1 parsnip, 2 turnips, 1 sweet potato.
4 potatoes
Salt and saffron
2, 5 litres of water
Ingredients for the “fasedures de carn” (meatballs)
½ k of ground pork
1 or 2 eggs
150g of bread with water
Breadcrumbs
Pine kernel
Salt, Juice of lemon, Parsley and cinnamon
