ARROZ CALDOSO
Ingredients:
400g of rice
½ pieced rabbit
100g of pieced chicken
1 grated ripe tomato
2 cloves of garlic
100g of green bean
100g of dry beans
1,5 litres of stock(made with boil beans)
Salt, saffron and paprika
4 spoon of olive oil
Optional: add some mushrooms
Preparation:
- Fry the meat until it is well toasted. Take the meat out
- Fry the tomato and the cloves of garlic.
- Add the meat with the other vegetables add the water with the salt, saffron and paprika.
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Add the rice and cook for 20 minutes.
