ROLLETS D’AMETLA


  

Ingredients

      ½ k of ground almonds

      3 eggs

      ¼ k of sugar

      Ground cinnamon

      A grated lemon

Preparation

-          Mix all the ingredients in a recipe.

-          Knead the paste until obtain a ball

-          Make the rolls.

-          Bake them in the oven at 160ºC until they are toasted.
