COQUES DE FARINA, TOMACA, EMBOTIT


  

Ingredients

500g of flour

25g of fresh yeast

½ glass of warm water and salt

¼ glass of olive oil

Salt

Sausages /tomato /flour (only one thing)

Preparation

-          Melt the fresh yeast with the warm water.

-          Add the flour with salt.

-          Graze during 10 or 15 minutes.

-          Graze adding the olive oil.

-         Let the dough stand until it turns the volume up. It should be in a vat with a cloth during 30 or 40 minutes.

-         Form a circle with the dough and add the tomato, or the flour or the sausages over it.

-         Bake in the oven at 180ºC, 30 or 40 minutes.
