"MANTECAOS"
Ingredients
1k of flour
½ k of lard
½ k of sugar
¼ of ground almonds
1 coffee cup of olive oil
A grated lemon
2 yolks
2 whites, sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a recipient except the whites and the cinnamon, make a fine past.
- Flatten the paste and form the “mantecaos”.
- Grease the recipient with the lard.
- Wet them with the egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Finally, back in the oven at 150ºC for 20 minutes.
